RETURNS

Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and hangtags. Any item returned without packaging and tags will not be refunded.

Return Process:

To return your unworn product(s), please include the packaging slip.  If packaging slip is unavailable, please go to your email and print off your original order receipt that includes your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges due to the possibility of our products selling out. To guarantee that you receive your item(s) in the size/color you desire, please place a new order for this item and fill out the returns form to return the original item (as per returns process).


Gifts

If the order you received was a gift and you need to return any items, the original value of the items will be credited on a gift voucher for you to use on a future order.

Please contact us prior to returning the items, so a note can be made on your order. Otherwise, the items may be refunded to the original payment method.


Discounts:
Only one discount per order will be honored
